N7607B Signal Studio for DFS Radar Profiles

Create DFS radar test waveforms

The waveform playback mode of N7607B Signal Studio for DFS Radar Profiles allows you to create and customize FCC Part 15 Sub part E (2006/6), ETSI EN 303 893 v1.7.1 (2012/6) and Japan TELEC standard-compliant waveform files for DFS R&D or performance test. Its user-friendly interface lets you configure signal parameters, calculate the resulting waveforms, and download files for playback.

Signal creation

• Create radar signals according to the radar profiles defined by FCC, ETSI, and TELEC for DFS test
• Create fixed, short, and long pulse radar signals (w/chirp) and frequency hopping radar signals
• Adjust pulse width, PRI, number of bursts and trials etc. within the standard range
• Waveforms generated for each trial are unique including randomized sets of radar parameters. Trial lists can be saved and loaded for test repeatability
