T3111S NFC Conformance Test System

The T3111S RIDER RFID HF Conformance Test System is the Keysight platform for NFC Analog and Protocol Conformance testing of NFC devices. T3111S belongs to Keysight RIDER product family and, as the T3121S RIDER RFID HF R/D Test System, is based on the T1141A RFID HF Test Set. T3111S can be easily upgraded to support R&D functionalities.

Operator can with T3111S execute in an automatic mode the conformance test cases for RFID HF at 13.56 MHz, according to the supported standards (NFC Forum Digital Protocol, NFC Forum Analog RF, NFC Forum LLCP, NFC Forum SNEP, ISO/IEC 14443, ISO/IEC 18092, ISO/IEC 15693 and ISO/IEC 18000-3 Mode 1). This automatic testing behavior is enhanced with processes that speed up the qualification (EUT samples management, PICS/PIXIT information, test case mapping table generation, results and verdicts analysis, automated test reports generation, etc.). All these features are controlled by the Test Manager Software application, a highly intuitive user interface operating in a Windows^® environment that permits the compatibility with standard Microsoft^® applications (Word^®, Excel^®, etc.).
