E2677A InfiniiMax differential solder-in probe head and accessories includes 20 full bandwidth and 10 medium bandwidth damping resistors.

Features:

• 12 GHz specified bandwidth, 12.5 GHz typical bandwidth
• Low loading, different input capaicitance < = 270 fF
• Reliable semi-permanent connection
• 4” lead length for reaching into tight spaces such as a DIMM socket
• Variable span of leads from 0.2 – 3.3 mm (8 to 130 mils)
