If you find that you need additional bandwidth after your purchase of an Infiniium 9000 Series oscilloscope, you can upgrade your scope to a higher-bandwidth model, protecting your valuable Infiniium oscilloscope and probing system investment over the long term. This upgrade applies to both Infiniium DSO and MSO 9000 models. The upgrade is performed at an Keysight service center.

• Option 006 to upgrade 600 MHz bandwidth 9000 Series MSO or DSO models to 2.5 GHz
• Option 010 to upgrade 1 GHz bandwidth 9000 Series DSO or MSO models to 2.5 GHz
