The Keysight E9595A analysis probe provides electrical and mechanical connections between your ARM7/9 or ARM7/9 ETM (depending on option selected, refer to "Key Specifications") target system and an Keysight logic analyzer or logic analysis system.

Inverse Assembly capability is also provided.

  • Option 001 provides ARM 7/9 inverse assembling software
  • Quick configuration of the logic analyzer with address, data, and status lines
  • Disassembles opcodes into ARM or Thumb mnemonics
  • Inverse assembler configurable for 8, 16, or 32-bit memory data bus widths or AHB
  • Filters and color coding to show and/or suppress different processor instructions
  • Option 002 hardware splits JTAG and trace signals from a single Mictor into a separate Mictor trace and BERG JTAG connector
