16118A Test Fixture

The 16118A is designed to operate specifically with the 4339A/B. It has tweezers' contacts, which makes it easy to hold SMD components. Electrical noise effects are reduced by the employment of shielded-cables. A built-in interlocking circuit enables safe high-voltage measurements.
