Upgrade your existing Infiniium 9000 and 90000 oscilloscopes that originally shipped with Windows XP to Windows 7 Embedded Standard operating system. This upgrade kit supports Infiniium oscilloscopes that do not yet have an M890 motherboard.

• Option 001: Motherboard and Win 7 for Infiniium 9000
• Option 002: Motherboard and Win 7 for Infiniium 90000

• The upgrade must be done by an Keysight service center.
• Included in upgrade kit: M890 motherboard, USB flash drive (8G) imaged with Windows 7 installation bits, Windows 7 Certificate of Authenticity sticker to put on rear of scope, instructions for installation.
