E2678B differential socket probe head can be used to measure either differential or single-ended signals via a plug-on socket connection.
InfiniiMax single-ended/differential socketed probe head and accessories. Includes 48 full bandwidth damping resistors, 6 damped wire accessories, 4 square pin sockets and socket heatshrink.

The E2678B is a replacement of E2678A that will be discontinued in June 2015.
