The Keysight E9603A analysis probe provides an electrical and mechanical link between your MPC8260 PowerQUICCII target system and an Keysight logic analyzer or logic analysis system.

Inverse Assembly capability is also provided.

• Opcodes disassembled into PowerQUICCII mnemonics
• Supported on 1680, 1690, 16700, 16800 and 16900 Series logic analyzers
• Option 001 requires designed-in connectors per Keysight specification
• Refer to the user guide for more information
